To purchase from our website, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during checkout

• Use a valid payment method

• All products displayed on the website are authentic and quality checked before shipping.

• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography.

• Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).

• No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

• Payments must be completed online before processing an order.

• Standard delivery time: 7–10 working days depending on your location.

• Delays due to courier issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

• Once shipped, order tracking details will be provided (if applicable).

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

• Cancellations are allowed only within 2 hours of placing the order.

• After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

• For defective product claims, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Custom-made hair systems, wigs, toppers, and styled products are not eligible for cancellation or return.

• Customers must review specifications and measurements carefully before confirming.

You agree not to:

• Copy, misuse, or distribute any content without permission

• Submit inaccurate information during order placement

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website
