At Haircare Studio, we are committed to delivering premium-quality hair solutions while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality control. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair products, we follow a carefully defined Return & Exchange Policy outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

When Is Return or Exchange Accepted?

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the parcel to product reveal) is provided

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn hair extensions, wigs, toppers, or volumizers

  • Products that are washed, colored, styled, cut, or altered

  • Customized or made-to-order hair systems

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order

  • Replacement will be processed after product inspection

  • If the same product is unavailable, a store credit may be offered

  • Exchange shipping timelines depend on product availability

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for approved defective products

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing and returning the product

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service

  • Haircare Studio is not liable for loss or damage during return transit
